Making Connections...

Fortunately this wasn't a problem with Roisin's class. I don't think enthusiasm's gonna be a problem. It's pretty intense trying to focus all that energy, and I'm quickly coming to the conclusion that teachers must do some serious wine drinking on their evenings off. There didn't seem to be much of a clique, which is really good news I think. Also, a good scattering of characters that seemed happily idiosyncratic. Still, all that energy and enthusiasm is quite something (admittedly Roisin and Elaine didn't seem too phased). I'm sure we'll find a way...

Cecil Jones experience Wed 23.3

we had an interesting time, being senior school the students where very curious as to why we where there and why 2 classes where together, and found the experience very different from anything that normally happens at school. Hopefully we inspired them to come up with whizzo ideas for our project and we will be inundated. We only had 1 3/4 hours with them in a heavily structured session but they seemed much more engaged and the end than at the beginning.
